At 7:30 am on July 29, 2025, before the heat wave had fully covered the ground, the employees of Hubei Lisheng Cable Co., Ltd. were already busy. One thousand bottles of purified water were neatly loaded onto trucks and set off towards Xiangzhou District, bringing coolness to the frontline sanitation workers in the summer.
After arriving at the destination, the goods were unloaded and the donation ceremony officially began.
First to address the audience was Liu Mingfu, the director of the Urban Management Bureau of Xiangzhou District.
